IMPORTANT NOTE
Price Adjustment
We do not offer price adjustments. If an item you bought is lowered in price and you want to get a price adjustment, you should make a new purchase and return the original item. However, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them. Please submit a return request through your account. It must be done within 30 days of the original shipment date. We do not accept any return requests after 30 days of the delivery. Shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. We reserve the right to reject returns violating our Return Policy. Please follow the guidelines below. If you're having any problems with the return process, you can contact our Customer Service team to assist you further.
*Refunds are not available for items that you haven't requested a return on your account page.
Please submit a return request through your account. Once your return request is approved, the Customer Service team will send you with a return shipping label to your email address. Please send us item(s) you want to return by using the label you received. Once we receive it and examine the condition of the item, we will proceed with a refund.
• You can return the item if it's unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag.
• Please repack the item you want to return and enclose the completed return form in the package.
• Please mark "RETURN GOODS" outside the box and send it to the address below.
• After dispatching the items, please provide us with a tracking number for the returning package to our email service@loading-room.com
• All international return shipping charges and other taxes are responsible for customers apart from the case we provided incorrect/defective items.
Exchanges
We only accept returns, not exchanges. If you'd like to exchange one or more items from your order, you can return item(s) first and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
Refunds
Payments will be refunded back to your account. Allow up to 5~7 working days for processing upon receipt of your item and 4 working days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note that only the amount for the original item is refundable.
CONFIRMATION
By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will refund your order or notify you via email after processing a partial refund and then the rest items will be shipped out.
